ELENSKY HOPE TO MEET PUTIN

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hopes that negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, mediated by the United States, will pave the way for a direct meeting with Vladimir Putin. New talks are scheduled for November 10 and 11 in Abu Dhabi. The goal is to move toward a ceasefire and security guarantees, despite persistent differences between Moscow and Kyiv.
